If your dog doesn’t enjoy being out in the rain/snow, then we would suggest that you check the weather forecast the day before your visit. If you re-schedule with more than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not be charged. Alternatively, if your dog is hardy to the weather and doesn’t mind the rain, then you’re still welcome to visit, you might want to bring a towel to dry your dog off before the car journey home. The only occasion where it may not be possible is when the field may be flooded due to heavy rainfall. In these instances, we will offer to re-schedule your visit or refund you. We will always contact clients prior to their visit if we must cancel their appointment. It’s always wise to check your emails before you leave home if we’ve had bad weather.
