Appointments are for 50 minutes, and this includes the time it takes you to load your dog(s) back into the car. You need to be ready to leave the car park at the end of your allotted time. There is a 10-minute gap between bookings, this to ensure that clients can enter/exit the field safely without having any other clients around. Your dog may be well socialised and friendly, but others may not be (please be mindful of this). Our aim is to ensure that you and your dogs have a stress-free visit to the field. The 10-minute gap also allows you to clear the lane.

9) The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.
10) You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
11) If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If your dog doesn’t enjoy being out in the rain/snow, then we would suggest that you check the weather forecast the day before your visit. If you re-schedule with more than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not be charged. Alternatively, if your dog is hardy to the weather and doesn’t mind the rain, then you’re still welcome to visit, you might want to bring a towel to dry your dog off before the car journey home. The only occasion where it may not be possible is when the field may be flooded due to heavy rainfall. In these instances, we will offer to re-schedule your visit or refund you. We will always contact clients prior to their visit if we must cancel their appointment. It’s always wise to check your emails before you leave home if we’ve had bad weather.
If you have any issues please call on 07576122516
